The Story of the Lovat Scouts is an digital interactive graphic novel. There are five chapters in all, each telling the unique story of Lord Lovat and his Scouts (a precursor for the army’s Special Forces) from the Boer War up until World War II.
In the first chapter visitors are given an animated introduction before moving onto to subsequent chapters where they get the chance to interact with the novel playing games: Stalk the Deer, Target practice, Tracking skills and in the final chapter Enemy Ambush, all the time learning through play.

All of the artwork was hand drawn in-house using Adobe Illustrator in the style of a modern graphic Novel. Great care was taken choosing a colour pallet, as well as the style of uniforms, which are all authentic and the choice of font.
The illustrations were drawn by Richard Playford and Chris Jevons
