The first of the two three-dimensional projection-mapped audio-visual exhibits places two life-sized characters (dressed as the famous chocolate chef Thomas Tosier and his kitchen boy) onto the walls of the kitchen, fully immersing visitors, giving them the experience of a real life Georgian Chocolate kitchen.

The second experience uses the same technique but highlights all the architectural features of the room and what each was used for. The projection techniques mean that the rooms can be kept empty and authentically preserved whilst the elegant, almost magical effects trace the original items and activities, back in to the rooms before the viewers’ eyes.
